Craig Wilson, Partner

Craig Wilson has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to founding M3 Energy procurement consulting, Craig served as the Executive Director of SHARE, an organization that focuses on affordable energy policy.  

Craig also gained invaluable experience in the Energy Department of the NYC Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC), which was responsible for executing the City’s energy policy.  At NYCEDC, he managed the implementation of the 28 recommendations made by Mayor Bloomberg’s Energy Policy Task Force, participating in the development of the energy and air quality portions of PlaNYC – the Mayor’s long-term sustainability plan – and representing the City’s interests in the NYS Energy Efficiency Portfolio Proceeding.

Prior to NYCEDC, Craig worked for the NY League of Conservation Voters as the Director  of Policy and Advocacy where he was responsible for leading the organization’s efforts to pass NYC’s Solid Waste Management Plan, clean vehicle legislation and Local Law 86, a green building law.  

Craig earned his undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Master of Urban Planning from New York University.  He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.

Meet is a data and strategy professional with 7+ years of experience helping startups, enterprises, and Fortune 200 clients turn complex problems into actionable outcomes. With a strong foundation in engineering and an MBA, Meet blends technical expertise in business intelligence with hands-on experience in strategic consulting.

During his time at a Big 4 consulting firm, Meet led high-impact projects across data strategy, performance metrics, dashboard development, and business transformation—enabling clients to uncover insights, align cross-functional goals, and improve decision-making. He is known for translating complex data into actionable insights to drive business growth.
Whether it is streamlining reporting, designing KPIs, or shaping long-term strategy, Meet brings a balanced lens of operational practicality and strategic thinking to every project.

Erik Wurster, Strategic Advisor 

As a nationally recognized carbon finance expert, Erik is a key resource for M3 Energy’s clients participating in the international carbon finance markets.

Erik is the Director of Carbon Finance for BioLite, Inc. where he leads the firm’s efforts to develop and sell carbon credits generated by their clean energy products.  Prior to BioLite, he co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of UpEnergy, a firm that focuses on providing clean energy technologies to the developing world through carbon-financed distribution channels.  In this capacity, Erik led several multi-million dollar carbon credit transactions.

Erik holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School and a B.A. in Environmental Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
